For their final Pie of the Month for 2015-2016, NOCCA’s Culinary Arts students have dreamed up a spectacular treat: a Northshore Blueberry and Lime Pie. They’ll start with Azul Dulce Blueberries grown in Franklinton, Louisiana, mix them with tart limes, and wrap everything up in a flaky lattice crust. We can’t think of a better way to mark the start of a long, sultry Southern summer.
The deadline for placing your order is Sunday, May 15 at midnight. Pies can be picked up at Press Street Station, beginning at 7:00am on Friday, May 18.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we cannot accommodate the delivery or shipping of pies. Unless otherwise indicated, fresh pies will be available during Press Street Station’s business hours, beginning the Friday of pickup. Pies that haven’t been retrieved by Monday afternoon will be wrapped and frozen and can be picked up at any time before the next month’s pick-up date.
