This April, NOCCA’s Culinary Arts students are taking advantage of one of Louisiana’s sweetest natural treats: spring strawberries. They’ll use locally grown fruit to make a fabulous strawberry cream pie, layered on a chocolate cookie crust. It’s a little bit tart, a little bit rich, and a whole lot of delicious.
The deadline for placing your order is Sunday, April 24 at midnight. Pies can be picked up at Press Street Station, beginning at 7:00am on Friday, April 29.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we cannot accommodate the delivery or shipping of pies. Unless otherwise indicated, fresh pies will be available during Press Street Station’s business hours, beginning the Friday of pickup. Pies that haven’t been retrieved by Monday afternoon will be wrapped and frozen and can be picked up at any time before the next month’s pick-up date.
