It’s Carnival time, and NOCCA’s Culinary Arts students are celebrating the season with a handmade galette des rois (that’s king cake to you and me). They’ll start with a light and flaky puff pastry, then fill it with almond paste, cream cheese, and satsuma marmalade. All you need to supply is the baby!
The deadline for placing your order is Sunday, January 24 at midnight. Pies can be picked up at Press Street Station, beginning at 7:00am on Friday, January 29.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we cannot accommodate the delivery or shipping of pies. Unless otherwise indicated, fresh pies will be available during Press Street Station’s business hours, beginning the Friday of pickup. Pies that haven’t been retrieved by Monday afternoon will be wrapped and frozen and can be picked up at any time before the next month’s pick-up date.
