NOCCA Pie of the Month: Miss Honey’s Vinegar Raisin Pie!

NOCCA’s Culinary Arts students are baking fantastic pies all year long! This month, they’re venturing deep into the traditional Southern canon to create an unforgettable vinegar raisin pie, based on a beloved family recipe from our own Chef Dana D’Anzi Tuohy. This pie’s heavenly, aromatic blend of vanilla, spices, vinegar, and raisins results in a delectable dessert that’s unlike any other you’ve ever had.

Pies can be picked up between 9:00am and 6:30pm on Thursday and Friday, October 24 and 25.
