The NOCCA Institute understands the importance of making NOCCA’s campus available to the general public — not only for the concerts, gallery exhibitions, and readings produced by students and visiting artists, but also for events hosted by other organizations. We regularly make the campus available for dance companies, music and theatre groups, and even non-arts groups when space is available and events pose no conflict with student or faculty activities.
The NOCCA Institute oversees all third-party rentals of the NOCCA campus. There are a range of spaces available, including our two theaters — the 300-seat Lupin Hall and the 120-seat Nims Black Box Theater — and a variety of classroom spaces. Requests are evaluated by a committee based on availability, impact on the campus, appropriateness, and other factors.
Rental rates vary, depending on the space requested, labor and tech costs, and other issues. To discuss a possible rental, please contact Katrina Weschler at firstname.lastname@example.org.
