March Magic dinner with Chef Frank Brigtsen, Becky Wadsen, and NOCCA’s Culinary Arts department

Chef Frank Brigtsen, oyster aficionado Becky Wadsen (from Two Girls One Shuck), and students and faculty from NOCCA’s Culinary Arts department invite you to March Magic! This five-part dinner will be served in Press Street Station, here on the NOCCA campus. It will feature an abundance of local springtime favorites, including crawfish, oysters, and of course, strawberries:

6:00 pm: Cocktail Reception & Chargrilled Oysters

7:00 pm: Dinner, “The Final Four”

1st Course
Crawfish Bisque with Crawfish Calas and Jalapeño Cornbread

2nd Course
Baked Oyster with Oyster Dressing, Romano, and Truffle Oil
Baked Oyster with Crawfish, Mushrooms, and Leeks

3rd Course
Blackened Redfish, Pesto Crawfish Sauce, Roasted Yukon Gold Potato, and White Asparagus

4th Course
Trés Leches Cake, Ponchatoula Strawberries, and Chocolate Whipped Cream
