For April’s Pie of the Month, NOCCA’s Culinary Arts students are doing their own take on an iconic American candy bar. The “Almond Joyous” features an almond shortbread crust, dark chocolate mousse, and coconut cream, topped with toasted almonds and coconut!
The deadline for placing your order is Sunday, April 19 at midnight. Pies can be picked up between 9:30am and 6:30pm on Friday, April 24. See below for additional details.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we cannot accommodate the delivery or shipping of pies. Unless otherwise indicated, fresh pies will be available between 9:30am and 6:30pm on the designated Friday and on the following Monday. Pies that haven’t been retrieved by Monday night will be wrapped and frozen and can be picked up at any time before the next month’s pick-up date.
