NOCCA’s Culinary Arts students are baking fantastic pies all year long. For February, they’re getting into the Lenten spirit with a healthy, delicious Garden Galette, made with produce from The NOCCA Institute’s Press Street Gardens. Ingredients include roasted beets, turnips, shallots, garlic, fresh herbs, and shaved Manchego cheese, all served in flaky whole wheat crust.
The deadline for placing your order is Sunday, February 22 at midnight. Pies can be picked up between 9:30am and 6:30pm on Friday, February 27.
PLEASE NOTE: At this time, we cannot accommodate the delivery or shipping of pies.Unless otherwise indicated, fresh pies will be available between 9:30am and 6:30pm on the designated Friday and on the following Monday. Pies that haven’t been retrieved by Monday night will be wrapped and frozen and can be picked up at any time before the next month’s pick-up date.
